A key member of our team is the Campaign & Yield Manager.  This role will handle reporting for all of our advertising networks, trafficking, and supporting the Advertising Operations (AdOps) team  across different functions.  Ranker has experienced 2x revenue growth over the past 12 months, and the Campaign & Yield Manager will help us grow even faster.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze trends in Ranker performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Learn the Ranker ad stack inside and out for both quick reference and projects.
  • Develop relationships with network partners.
  • Help develop and test new monetization units.
  • Manage ad campaigns in our ad server (DFP).
  • Monitor revenue and performance from ad networks and RTB platforms.
  • Run end of month billing, as well as ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Traffic direct-sold campaigns.

Qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years ad campaign and/or yield management experience
  • Comfortable with DFP or equivalent ad servers, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The drive and temperament to learn and adjust quickly.
  • General understanding of the internet advertising ecosystem a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
