Executive Assistant to our CEO:

We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. You will work directly with the CEO of Ranker to coordinate and perform a wide variety of highly visible administrative and operational activities to manage to completion. You will regularly be required to resolve complex administrative problems independently as well as coordinate schedules, projects, resources, vendors and find appropriate solutions for day to day issues.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) and clients/vendors of all levels in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient and positive. You must be organized, detailed and highly productive. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as as the Executive Assistant to our CEO, while juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Manage, organize and act on large volumes of information and communication, while resolving urgent requests/tasks.
  • Manage a complex schedule/calendar, travel arrangements and screen calls.
  • Supports the company in mitigating or handling any issues for the CEO, ensuring all recommendations and tasks are implemented and followed through on.
  • Assists in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects, as appropriate.
  • Perform various ad-hoc, job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned by our CEO.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 2+ years’ of experience in a supportive and/or administrative capacity for a CEO of a growing start-up or technology company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Technical capacity and proficiency in Window and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel). Expert level in the usage of MS Outlook.
  • Experience with Powerpoint and Photoshop a plus. 
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work on a team as well as independently.
  • Strong project management skills; proactive problem solving and resourcefulness.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism and sophistication
  • Strong researching skills.
