POSITION: Programmatic Account Manager 




Ranker is a Programmatic first publisher and we pride ourselves on being an industry leader that offers all our advertising product solutions programmatically in the Open Market, through PMP’s,  or via Insertion Orders without discrimination. We have been doing programmatic for over 5 years now and have one of the best “Ad-Stacks” in the business. We are connected to every SSP, DMP, DSP, in fact I challenge you to find a “P” we are not connected to.


We are seeking a “hands on keyboard” agency trader looking to jump to the publisher side. Someone who understands how brand advertisers are leveraging all the tech, systems and tools in the marketplace to find the best audience and inventory for their brands message.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review top programmatic brand spenders, collaborate with sales and offer guidance to help our advertising partners achieve their goals. Tweak the dials to help deliver on customer KPI’s where possible.
  • Consolidate learnings and trends across all programmatic spenders the brand level and share across the sales and ops teams.
  • Coordinate with our ad ops and yield teams to make sure we are giving the proper price guidance to our advertising partners. And that they our teams are properly managing floors based on what we are seeing.
  • Help the sales team in an adhoc basis understand what’s happening with specific accounts they are working on in preparation for meetings, etc.


About You:

  • You have spent at least the last year working in programmatic and managed customer campaigns across various DSP’s and SSP’s.
  • This is a new roll, you will need to be excited by developing new processes, strategies, and day to day tasks. You’ll be making a lot of this up.
  • You thrive in chaos, fast past environments. No one has to tell you what to do - you just get it done before anyone knew to even ask.
  • Your a data junky - you live to understand data, trends and find the patterns.
  • You also like collaborating with people and being part of a broader sales team.
  • You have an advanced understanding of the advertising technology ecosystems.
  • You have a deep understanding of DSP/SSP DID implementation & QA
